California-based Burger Records has joined forces with Light in the Attic Records to reissue the two-album Rodriguez discography via cassette on May 13.
In a series of weekly releases, Rodriguez’s Cold Fact (1970) and Coming From Reality (1971/2008) will be the first to reach audiences in limited numbers. Only 1,000 copies of each album will be manufactured.
In addition to Rodriguez’s reanimated recordings, artists such as Betty Davis, Built to Spill, Big Boys, The Black Angels, Roky Erickson, and others will see cassette reissues this week. Join the Light in the Attic Records subscription service here.
