Kanye West’s problem-riddled “Yeezus” tour has cancelled all performances until Philadelphia’s November 16 concert.
The cancellations will affect Sunday’s (November 10) Palace of Auburn Hills performance, which has been rescheduled for December 19, according to Kanyewest.com.
Representatives for the “Yeezus” tour have attributed the cancellations to damaged camera equipment, which was mangled in a truck accident last week while traveling to Vancouver. Dem Jam Records issued a statement, saying the equipment “is central to the staging of the ‘Yeezus’ tour, and central to the creative vision put forth by Kanye West and his design team at DONDA.”
The latest drawbacks have caused cancellations in Denver, Minneapolis, Vancouver – and two performances in the rapper’s hometown of Chicago.
The Palace of Auburn Hills’ website says, “Fans should hold onto their tickets, as tickets for the November 10 show will be honored on December 19.”
