Detroit’s favorite pistol-packing rock act, Flint Eastwood, made several announcements via Facebook Saturday, as the group prepares to embrace new members and unveil new music. In addition to announcing the prospect of fall releases, the group’s undisputed leader Jax Anderson outlined some adjustments to the Flint Eastwood lineup, and performance schedule.
Mark Hartman, the group’s fervent drummer, will be reportedly leaving the band. Not only will Hartman be relieved of his duties, but Bryan Pope, Flint Eastwood’s lead guitarist, will remain absent due to an offer to tour with Detroit-area act Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr.
In conjunction with the announced lineup changes, Flint Eastwood will not be participating in their performance with Stepdad, scheduled for October 31 at the Pyramid Scheme, in Grand Rapids. However, the band will perform November 22, with Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr. at the Crofoot Ballroom, in Pontiac – with their all-new material.
