ENTRY: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Contestants will enter by email to: “contests@detroitmusicmag.com” using the subject line “BRUISER IV.” Entries will be valid from 11/18/17 (1:00 pm EDT) through 11/20/17 (11:59 pm EDT).
ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open only to legal Michigan residents, over the age of 18. Employees of Detroit Music Magazine, LLC and El Club (along with its contractors, affiliates and subsidiaries) and their families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Contestants residing in those areas where the contest is void may participate in the contest but may not win any prizes. Contestants are only eligible for ONE (1) pair of tickets total.
WINNER SELECTION: Detroit Music Magazine will choose TWO (2) winners at random.
PRIZES: TWO winners will be awarded TWO (2) tickets to “Danny Brown’s Bruiser Thanksgiving IV with Danny Brown + Lil B” with an estimated value of $60/pair. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash or exchanged. (Tickets may be awarded in the form of admission via Club Fantasy door guest list or physical tickets at will call.)
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified on Tuesday, November 21, 2016. Winners must respond to email and subsequent confirmation email/phone call from Detroit Music Magazine within TWO (2) hours. Inability to contact a winner within 2 hours may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Participants hereby grant Detroit Music Magazine is a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to broadcast, publish, store, reproduce, distribute, syndicate, and otherwise use and exhibit the submission (along with their names, voices, performance and/or likenesses) in all media now known and later come into being for purposes of trade or advertising without further compensation. Participants represent and warrant that they have full legal right, power and authority to grant Detroit Music Magazine the foregoing license and if applicable, have secured all necessary rights from any participants in, and contributors to, their Submission in order to grant such a license. Participants agree to receive emails related to Detroit Music Magazine content, products, marketing promotions and/or future contests, if applicable. Detroit Music Magazine is under no obligation to use any submission or return the submissions to participants.
