Only three days before the scheduled release of his eighth studio album, The Marshall Mathers LP 2, Eminem will perform on Saturday Night Live.
Hosted by Kerry Washington from the hit series Scandal, November 2 will mark Eminem’s sixth appearance on the program. Speculation has begun as to which songs from his upcoming LP will be featured during the performance.
Eminem has released four tracks from The Marshall Mathers LP 2 already: the Rick Rubin-produced “Berzerk,” the Call of Duty: Ghosts-embedded “Survival,” the lyric-heavy “Rap God,” and his latest release, “The Monster,” featuring Rihanna.
Though Eminem is no stranger to the SNL stage, his appearances within comedic sketches have been minimal. Viewers are optimistic that he may participate in certain sketches with Kerry Washington and the regular SNL cast.
