Following the recent announcement of a collaboration between Detroit hip-hop legend Royce da 5’9″ and producer-extraodinaire DJ Premier, the duo (under the pseudonym PRhyme) have unveiled the album’s artwork, a full track list, release date, and two brand-new tracks from the project.
PRhyme is scheduled for release on December 9, and will include features by artists such as: ScHoolboy Q, Mac Miller, Ab-Soul, Dwele, Common, Jay Electronica, Killer Mike and Joel Ortiz, Crooked I and Joe Budden (Slaughterhouse). Two of the album’s nine tracks have already been released, “Courtesy” and the album’s self-titled track, but Royce has promised early-on that this album is “so dark and so fly” that it should be “wrapped in batwings.”
