This weekend, Harmonie Park will be hosting the return of Tec-Troit electronic music festival – stocked with a lineup of Detroit electronic favorites.
The three-day, homegrown, and free music festival is scheduled to take place from noon until 11pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (6/20-6/22). Each day features two stages and representation from Detroit Techno Militia, Nightsneak, DATSWOTSUP and countless other local artist organizations.
Saturday (Day II) titled “Revenge of the Vinyl,” is dedicated entirely to vinyl-only DJ’s. All artists will be spinning wax – nothing digital.
Tec-Troit, which remains an all-ages event, is sponsored by R.A.W.S. (Ravers Against World Starvation), and will be collecting non-perishable food donations to be distributed to local families in need.
