Detroit rock powerhouse Mexican Knives has released a new music video for “Nightmare,” a track from their 2013 EP Other Tramps.
The less-than two minute song is illustrated by a barrage of flashing lights, splattered paint, and front-woman Ruth Synowiec’s portrait. The Erin Barry and Fraser Watson-directed visual piece is short, vivid, and reflective of Mexican Knives’ powerful, yet articulate, sound.
Mexican Knives have provided yet another example of their eye-catching visuals paired with thumping roots-garage accents. This Detroit rock group is not only looking to create ear-piercing melodies, but also the unique visual artistry to chaperon.
